I am now 30 days into my 90 day challenge
I am now just doing insanity. I am following it to the letter right now.
Still one of the hardest workout programs that I have ever done to date.
My motto for Insanity ..... It does not get easier, you just get stronger.
I have seen myself alot of improvements.
I JIGGLE LESS!!!!! LOVE THIS.
At 45years old nobody wants to jiggle, least of all me.
I am getting stronger. I have more definition to my muscles.
Thing I have changed
1. less refined sugar....ie cookie monster does not show up every night :)
2. Less refined flour
3. More raw veggies, fruit, and whole food.
4. NO red wine during the week.

On a side note ... I have done two 5K's already.....
Keeping up with my 5K a month ... I am now into my 4th year of this....WOW!!I have my best friend beside me .... we are the PRIMO GIRLS!
Electric Run..... Januray 5K
Keep moving and have fun doing it. .......COOLEST 5K EVER!!!! glow stick and techo music the whole time that you are running. As you can see it is a night run
Cowtown 5K ..... this was our February 5K.
