1/2 marathon in Sept.... workout up date

Well the first 2 weeks of my training is going great. Feels really good.
power walking on the beach was awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! loved it.

This week brings miles increase... yay... i think???

7/18 rest day
7/19 3mile moderate walk
7/20 rest day
7/21 3mile moderate walk
7/22 bike ride 6-10 miles(cross training
7/23 5mile endurance walk
