At the beginning of this year one of my goals is to do a 1/2 marathon. My half will be done at http://www.heelsandhills.com/ on 9/25/2011.
I am doing a 12 week training plan.This is important if I am going to be successful in this and finish the race in my goal time of 3hrs.
Each week I will be giving a up date on my training.
So as of July the 1st I have started....
Here this week and next week this is my workout
7/5 rest day
7/6 moderate walking 30mins(2-2.5miles)
7/7 rest day
7/8 Endurance walking 45-60min(3-4miles)
7/9 cross training
7/10 moderate walk30 mins(2-2.5miles)
7/11rest day
7/12 moderate walking 30mins(2-2.5miles)
7/13 rest day
7/14 Endurance walking 45-60min(3-4miles)
7/16 cross training
7/17 moderate walk 30 mins(2-2.5miles)
I will keep yall update each week other than this coming week ... i will be on vacation 7/9-7/16, but will still be training.. watch for my sports-tracker post.
